La Caille Wedding

Last night I was able to help with a wedding at the La Caille restaurant. It was amazing! I had to post some pictures so you could see for yourself.

There were a lot of cute little details at this wedding, but my favorite had to be the adorable chair covers. Love them!!

I also loved the handmade signs that we made! Aren't they cute? 

another job.....

Maybe I'm crazy, but I just got a 3rd job and I'm SO excited for it! I will be working with an event/wedding planner from Riehl Events, a few times a month. I met everyone last weekend and they all seem really cool.  This week I will be working at a rehersal dinner and wedding for the same couple. It's going to be fun! :)

Bowling

I love bowling, even though I am HORRIBLE!  I few weeks ago, my friends and I got together for a fun night of bowling! Most of us used to work together at good old Stampin Up! I miss these guys so much! It was fun to see everyone again. :)

Sad day!

It was a sad day when I found out that my favorite Jazz player, Kyle Korver, got traded to another team. SAD! I don't know what I am going to do with myself!  :(   I think Rusty and the boys in my family are pretty happy though, they don't have to hear about my "jazz boyfriend" anymore. :)

July 4th weekend!

Las Vegas + Kenny Chesney concert + Rusty's birthday + 4th of July =  The BEST weekend ever!

We spent the weekend in Las Vegas to celebrate Rusty's birthday. He always likes to get away for his birthday and I am totally up for that! How can I pass up a vacation??

Rusty was amused by the water wall at the Aria hotel. It was pretty cool. :)

Behind us are ice sculptures. The inside of the new hotel was amazing!

We went to the Kenny Chesney concert on Rusty's birthday. It was such a fun concert and we had a GREAT time, but it was SO hot in that place! We were so sick and gross after...I won't show you those pics! ;)   Happy Birthday Rus! Hope you had a great birthday!

Girls Trip!

My friends and I decided to take a girls trip to Las Vegas at the beginning of June. We all needed a vacation so bad! Even though we only a day and a half there, it was a lot of fun! We crammed in so many things, I really don't know how we did it. We went to a show, shopped until we couldn't walk anymore, laid by the pool, and ate way too much food! Our feet were killing us by the end but it was all worth it!:)

Lindsay and I found our new favorite treat! Frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out! SO good!   

 

The flower room at the Bellagio hotel is my favorite place in Vegas. Everything is made out of flowers. It's really cool!

We went to see KA at MGM Grand. It was amazing! 

 Our hotel had a lazy river. I wish we could have spent the entire day there! Too bad it had to rain!

 

We had so much fun hanging out and talking about EVERYTHING!  I hope I will get to take another girls trip soon!

Scentsy Comeback - JULY ONLY

Summer concerts!

Summer concerts have officially started! It is probably my favorite thing to do in the summertime, especially when they are outside! This past weekend, I went to the Tracy Lawrence concert. Most of you probably don't know who in the heck he is, but he is an older country singer that I LOVE! The best part was that one of Rusty's friends had an extra meet and greet pass so I was able to meet him.:)  Rusty was so nice to let me go instead of himself. It was a fun night!

Latest art project....

A few weeks ago at work, we had a 'creative day'. Even though I have to be creative each day, it was a lot of fun to make something other than the everyday cards and scrapbook pages! I love the project we made! :)

 My favorite part of this project was the tiny buttons and spools of thread.

Allison and Blake

My sister, Allison got engaged about two weeks ago!  Her and her boyfriend have been dating for over a year so I knew it was coming soon....even though she wouldn't say anything about it! You can't hide that stuff from sisters! Congrats Allison and Blake!! :)

I saw these cute straws on the Bakerella website and I am going to have to order them. Aren't they so cute?  I'm not really sure what I will use them for but I am going to buy them anyway. :)  Honestly, they will probably just sit there because I always buy things "just because they are cute" and never use them. I have a problem, oh well! :)
